In this 16 days tour we will show you both - the time gone by and the time we are living in. You will cover a part of India top to bottom. From capital of India to the lost city of Portuguese you will have a heartwarming experience.
Day 1 : New Delhi - the Capital of India
Highlights:
Arrive at New Delhi airport. Our guide will receive you at the airport and will take you to the hotel. A rose and petals garland with tilak on the forehead will welcome you. This evening is at your discretion as the next day we begin our excursion.
Day 2 : Delhi - An Era Gone By
Highlights:
Qutab Minar DelhiThe next day after breakfast we take you to Qutab Minar. See the architecture of the Minar, look at the decorated facades, Arabic and Sanskrit inscriptions and the geometric patterns. Inside the Minar area have a look at the pillar which is made of pure iron has not rusted even after 1600 years. From here we visit the India Gate built to commemorate the death of 10000 solders during the W.W- I.. On our move towards the Red Fort we drive past the Rashtapati Bhavan (The President House). Have a look at its symmetrical build. A visit in the month of February will give you a walk in the Mughal garden flourishing with all kind or roses. From here we move to the lotus temple. Given the form of Lotus-the national flower of India; it has a meditation hall where you can feel the tranquility with your eyes closed.

Next destination-Red Fort. The Red Fort - After emperor Shahajahan shifted his capital from Fatehpur, it is here that the royal court was set. Once inside move around Deewane Khas and Deewane Aam. The personal and the general meeting hall. Shop for antique artifacts from the Meena bazaar (The Chatta Chowk) which used to be the royal market for the ladies of the fort. In the evening we take you for a rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk. - the most happening market of old Delhi. Have the delicious kulfi (condensed ice cream filled with dry fruits ) whose mouthwatering taste will keep exciting you for more. Shopping around for semi-precious jewelery is something you will pride in. From here we go back to our hotel to dine and take rest.
Day 3 : The Monuments and the Market of Delhi
Highlights:
After breakfast we continue for our daily sightseeing tour. Our first stop will be Aksharham Temple. You will be amazed to know that this magnificent structure has been the creation of about 11000 artisans; nestling on the banks of Yamuna spreading over 100 acres. Glance at the pillars and walls of the huge structure as they depict the various Gods and Goddesses. Another excitement is the Animatronics Show at the Hall of Values where the life of Bhagwan Swaminarayan has been depicted with light and sound program.

Next destination will be the Delhi Hat. It invokes the traditional village market displaying the Indian handicraft in its best form. Go ahead and pick your choice of zardozi, handicrafts, painting..... Also enjoy the various cuisines with delicacies from various parts of India. Still there is more for you in the stores of Delhi. We reach Janpath Marg where you are at ease for the shopping, much known for handicrafts, embroided shoes, bags, skirts... . After the shopping enjoy your dinner at one of the finest hotels of Delhi. From here we go to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4 : Fatehpur Sikri – Agra.

Taj Mahal AgraEn route to Agra we will be visiting Fatehpur Sikri (About 38 kms from Agra) the Old Capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar, made to embark the birth of his first son Salim. Its wonderful to look at the jaalis (the small lantiles) and the chess board where courtiers made their moves on the wishes of the king and their queens on the chess board. Also, admire the Buland Darwaza ( the gate of magnificence), the architectural craftsmanship and the ornamental carvings; all will definitely enthrall you. We continue our drive to Agra. The evening at Agra Hotel is at your leisure, if interested explore the nearby market or relax in the hotel premises.
Day 5 : Taj Seeing in Agra.
Highlights:
Today is the day when your dreams will turn into reality as you rendezvous 'The Taj'. Yes indeed ! its a wonder of creation, built by Shahjahan in the memory of his beloved wife and queen Noorjahan. It stands tall all these years; smiling; and telling the world about there immortal love. Walk around the marvel and see the precious and semi - precious stones embedded on the white marble, the carvings on walls and the tomb. Its the right place to take the miniature sculptures of Taj Mahal. Don' t forget to bargain!

The route from Taj Mahal straight takes us to Agra Fort. Its bigger in size than the Red fort at Delhi. The fort which is double walled is a true mixture of Indian and Arabic architecture. Here explore around the matrix of mosques, the Jehangiri Mahal, Hathi Pol and the Zeena Meena Bazar, the major attractions of the fort. And don' t forget to peep through the arcades of the fort and have a glance of the Taj. From here we go back to the hotel where the dinner will be served.
Day 6 : Agra -The Sanctuary in Bharatpur

Keoladeo Bird near Bharatpur ParkOur next destination on the tour is Keoladeo Ghana National Park; famously known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. We start early at 8 am. Be ready for an adventurous day wear your caps and sports shoes; keep your handy cams ready and the binoculars abreast. Watch the birds building nests, feeding their little ones, flying just above your head and catching fish. Have a generous view of birds like the gull, kingfisher, robins, wagtails, mainas, Siberian cranes and other migratory birds. All this on a bicycle safari or by a rickshaw safari. If you are a nature lover its the best treat you have. After lunch in the evening our guide will take you for a round around the town or you are at ease till dinner. Enjoy bonfire dinner amidst the melodious voice of night birds.
Day 7 : Bharatpur - Pink City Jaipur
Highlights:
Next morning after breakfast we will drive to airport for our onward flight to Jaipur. It will take just an hour to reach the pink city of Jaipur. Enjoy hustle and bustle of the Jaipur city as you are escorted to your palace hotel. Experience the royal ambiance of the palatial suite. In the afternoon, we will visit the Hawa Mahal. Constructed in a honeycomb manner the windows provide perfect ventilation throughout the year. See through the window panes and you will have the clear view of the market downstairs. Then there is more, the famous Johris market (Jewelers Market). Shop for famous enamel jewelery, Jootis (embedded shoes), skirts, semi-precious stones and the blue pottery. Have a fun filled time at Bapu Bazzar while enjoying the chat (a mix of meshed potatoes , onion, tomatoes and spices).

After the shopping we will visit the Jantar Mantar. Jantar (instrument); Mantar(calculation), it will give you an insight how the movement of stars were studied in the olden days. There are also the 12 Zodiac Signs which tell about the most auspicious time for a person. So if you want to try your hands on it, go ahead. After this mind boggling experience we take you for lunch to the hotel. In the evening we will visit the Birla Temple. Get flowed in the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the temple. Have Ariel view of the city from the temple. Walk in the local market and don't forget to buy the local stuff. From here we move for another enthralling experience of Rajasthani Indian culture. Your evening is going to be memorable at Chokhi Dhani, a replica of traditional Rajasthani village where you will savor the puppet shows, the traditional folk performances and ethnic Rajasthani food. After a sumptuous dinner, night at the palace hotel.
Day 8 : An Insight to the Fort – Sightseeing of Jaipur

Sheesh MahalNext day, early morning, straight after the breakfast we will visit the Amber Fort . On the route to the fort, enjoy elephant ride with breathtaking view of the garden and the temples. Enjoy the ride with the local fast foods roasted sweet potatoes, peanuts in your hands. On entering the fort have a breath grasping view of the Deewane Aam (General Meeting Hall) and the outside view of Sheesh Mahal (Mansion of Mirrors) which is made up of thousands of colorful glasses.

The next destination is the City Palace - a museum and a royal palace where the queen of Jaipur still resides. The Palace has the era gone by displayed in its museums. The entrance of Maharani Palace has 'Welcome' written by small knifes. At Maharanis Palace experience the 14th century sandstone statues, hookah (a pipe for smoke), cushioned floor and canopy inside the Chandra Mahal. Don't forget to see the royal dress of King Sawai Madho Singh who weighed 250 kg and stood tall at 6 ft. Look around for human size silver urns which the king took along with him for his visit to England filled with Ganga Jal (sacred water of Hindus). Just inside the Mahal there is an array of handicraft shops displaying silver jewelery market and traditional dresses. The evening will be filled with a new excitement - your dinner will be placed at the revolving Restaurant. So, enjoy your dinner while going round and round and round. The stay in the night will be at the hotel.
Day 9 : Jaipur - The Village Sanganeri - Udaipur
Highlights:
Next morning, we will take you to Sanganeri village. In Sanganer, you get to see and feel the pain and labor that is taken to make those wonderful handicrafts. Don't forget to take your pick and fill your mind with beautiful memories. We then take you back to Jaipur to board a flight to Udaipur. On arrival, we assure you stay at one of the most luxurious heritage hotels of India – The Lake Palace Hotel – Udaipur. The Lake Place is marvelously constructed as it is built at the middle of Lake Pichola.
Day 10 : The City of Lakes - Udaipur

Udaipur Maharaja City PalaceMorning have breakfast, in Lake Palace after which we set out for sightseeing of Udaipur. We start with City Palace – Udaipur. Enter City Palace through Tripolia Gate - the main entrance which will lead you to the courtyard where the elephant fights were arranged. The City Palace is Located adjacent to Lake Pichola and so you can always have a magnificent glimpse of the image of City Palace in Lake Pichola. In City Palace, visit the Museum of the Palace and watch the paintings of deities, portraits and other valuables preserved in the museum. Walk around to get a view of the Mor Chowk (Peacock Square) which has artifacts made of blue mosaic. Move around the mirror walled rooms and the exquisite carvings.

Next we move on to Eklingji Temple - a pilgrim destination. Just half an hour drive from Udaipur, you will reach the temple that is away from the rush of the city. You will find the Lord Shiva being worshiped here. Its worth looking at the age old carvings of the temple. We then return to Lake Palace for lunch. After lunch, we start a boat cruise in Lake Pichola to watch the glorious setting of the sun. This day too, our stay at Udaipur is in Lake Palace Hotel. Lake Palace Hotel has been the Palace of kings – located on the Jag Niwas Island. The wall mounted portraits of the queens and the kings; deeply carved mountings, miniatures, carpets, the rooms, the rain forest showers and the switch lite glass windows all give you a view of the past. Have a fun filling stay at the Lake Palace Hotel.
Day 11 : Udaipur - The City That Never Sleeps, Mumbai
Highlights:
The next day we will catch the flight to Mumbai.. Check in your Hotel, relax for a while and get ready for Mumbai sightseeing tour. We begin from the world site Victoria Terminal (Chatrapati Shivaji Terminal) the Mumbai railway terminal, capture snaps of this Gatholic structure. From here we drive pass the local market, if interested take a walk around, shop for the famous artificial, silver jewelery and clothes and enjoy vada pav (bread with stuffed potatoes), the roadside delicacy. If you want to savor the typical Mumbai food this is the best place to have. After lunch, we move on to see the Gateway of India built in 1911 to commemorate the visit of King George V. Take a walk around the monument and read the inscriptions on it. A few minutes from here is the Prince of Wales Museum of Western India. Have, a look inside and indulge in the architecture of the museum.

Our next stoppage is the Hanging Garden. Capture the various animals made from hedge and the famous boot (shoe structure). Now its time for coastal merriment. The Juhu and the Chowpatty Beach. Feel the waves touching your feet, taste the Maharashtrian snacks like bhel puri, pani - puri, chaat (a mix of meshed potatoes, wafers and various types of sauces). While sipping the delicious coconut water look at the setting sun and the happy looking families on the beach. This is indeed Mumbai. The night you will spend at your hotel.
Day 12 : The Caves of Ajanta and Ellora

Lord Buddha Ajanta CaveOur next destination is the world famous Ajanta and Elora caves. So we start for Aurangabad the gateway to the caves. Around 130 kms from Aurangabad the caves are beautifully carved out depicting the human beings nature in different emotions. We first visit the Elora caves (around 30 kms from city) which depict the culture of Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism in the form of carvings, paintings and sculptures. Grab the handy cam and capture the lifetime experiences. On driving for about 100 kms from Aurangabad we reach the Ajanta caves. Built by Buddhist followers in around AD 650 they have human emotions carved out on their walls. Feel the presence of the monks chantings as you take a round of the caves. The lunch will be en route between the two caves. In the evening, we return to the hotel. You are at ease to take a cab from the hotel and move around the city on your own. The dinner is at the hotel.
Day 13 : Boat Cruise from Mumbai to Goa

Next morning you will enter the life of sea - On the Cruiser ( Mumbai to Goa ), enjoy the best of the world at one place. Awe at the grandeur and luxuries of the ship. The elegant rooms, the finest food both Indian and Continental, the bar, the dance and music, the pool and the dining hall each and every place on the board will give you a new experience. There is a lot more to do than you can imagine on this luxury cruise.

Live a lavish life as you walk on the yard, go for a light breakfast at the cruise restaurant. Take a round of your cruise board and see how beautifully everything has been laid out for you. Enjoy every place here. Experience the vastness of Lakshwadeep as the cruise stops there for the night. The dinner is set in one of the island hotels. Savor the delights of the island with dance and music. Try to match your steps to the rhythmic tune of the folklore. Move back to the cruise for overnight stay.
Day 14 : Entire Day on Luxurious Cruise

Wake up next morning to find yourself amidst the blue sea. Water, water everywhere. Baptize yourself in the calmness and vastness of sea. Sip a cup of tea or coffee at the deck and enjoy the rising sun .If you are along with your children indulge them in the various activities on board. Enjoy the various cuisine Have a hefty lunch and then after some rest go for shopping on board. In the night thump your feet on the party ground or enjoy the hard drink at the bar, or try your hands at the casino. Before you go to sleep, sit on the deck for sometime and watch the moon play with the waves. The two days you spend on the cruise is no less than a carnival, so live the days to their fullest.
Day 15 : The Portuguese Town - Goa

Shopping in GoaWelcome to the land of Casinos,Carnival and Cuisine - Goa. After keeping your bags in one of the best hotels of India we take you to the Capital of Goa, Panjai.. Keep your cameras active to capture the bubbling life of Goa. Old Churches and villas keep you imbibing, the cool breeze from the sea keeps you light as we drive to the Conception Church. Look at the largest bell in Goa and the main altar. Just around the corner there is Georges restaurants, get refreshed over a glass of chilled feni and get ready for the next destination. Walk down the lanes of Fountainhas and look out for the Goan culture. Next we drive towards Maragao the second largest city of Goa. Have a glimpse into the real life of Goa Portuguese style mansions, churches, parks, and the church square. Enjoy the lunch in this buzzing city.

The evening is all yours as you move around one of the beaches and the market around there. Shop for artificial jewelery, stones, Kashmiri pashmina shawls, handicrafts and Goan paintings. Look out for miniatures of Vasco Di Gama's pistol and the key chains. Have a beer or two with light snack from any of the bars and lounges which surround these markets. The night will be filled with fun at one of the famous casinos like Caravela. India - only offshore casino it has a lot in store for you - American ruilete, rummy, stud poker, baccart, pontoon and flash. So, enjoy to the fullest till the dinner at the cruise.
Day 16 : Goa – Delhi

The next will mark as the last day of the tour. After the breakfast we catch the first flight to New Delhi. Then board the next connect flight at IGI air port to your onward destination. As we bid goodbye to you, we hope you had a memorable journey.
